Richard Bulgin
Sailing has been a passion of mine since my teenage years`spending summers In Canada on the water and sailing in colder home Scottish climates.

My interest in the sport led me to study sailmaking and sail design. The sale of my previous business has allowed me the opportunity to follow my life long dream of owning a sail loft and to found Cliffside Sails.
​
Today when I am not in the loft you can find me sailing Hong Kong waters and competing in various races around the region.
Cordula Bulgin
I bring over 12 years of manufacturing experience in the luxury goods industry and have managed supply chains and several factories in the China and far east.
​
Born in India, raised in Hong Kong and educated in London, UK for over 8 years I have a great deal of international experience to share with our team.
With a keen eye for quality, I do my best to ensures we make some of the best sails in the world. I personally ensure that each sail that leaves our loft is fully checked and approved.
