ABOUT US

Founded by sailors and passionate sailmakers with over 20 years of maritime experience our company is based in Hong Kong with a production loft located in Shenzhen China. We employ 15 highly trained sailmakers with an average of over 15 years experience. Our 1395M2 (15,000 sqft) prodution floor with state of the art cutting and stitching machines has a monthly capacity of over 350 sails.

Our Western loft managers ensure precise sailmaking and meticulous QC processes. Our English speaking designers, managers and customer service staff ensure seamless communication throughout the production process to ensure you receive first class service and exactly the sails you have ordered in the timeframe promised.

We stock a huge range of exclusively first run cloth from Bainbridge, Challenge, Contender and Dimension Polyant as well as a range of branded hardware.

Our dedicated customer portal is easy to use and gives you full transparency throughout the production process. Before your sail leaves our loft it will be inspected by our QC manager and you will recieve a short video of your sail before you complete your final payment

We work both directly with sail lofts and also with boat owners in non competing territories. For Sail Lofts we don't expect you to wave any flags or sign any franchise agreements but rather we are focused on being your silent partner to help you develop your own loft name and business. We will work closely with you to ensure the sail we produce match as well as possible to those that you would produce locally in your own loft.
